THE FINE PRINT
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance, deductibles and other expenses which are ultimately the patient’s responsibility. If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you, and our o ffice will assist you in obtaining the maximum benefi ts your policy provides. As a courtesy we will gladly file your claims and accept assignment of benefi ts. We ask that your estimated copayments and deductible be paid at the time of service.
We also accept cash, personal checks, credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) for your convenience.
