Emily was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to The Pacific Northwest after high school to get her bachelor’s degree in anthropology and biology from Portland State University. In 2004, she moved to Seattle and decided that her love of science, customer service and patient care would be best fulfilled as a dental hygienist and graduated from Shoreline Community College.
When Emily isn’t in the dental office, she is volunteering for the King County Dental Hygiene Association, raising her two boy cats, planning her next trip and exploring local hiking trails with her friends.
