At Seattle Smiles Dental, we believe all individuals deserve oral health care. That is why we have created a comprehensive, affordable membership plan to meet the needs of you and your family. 

It’s easy to join, and benefits begin immediately. After enrolling in the plan, basic preventive services will be covered at 100% with all other services discounted at 15%. Your savings on annual preventive care can range from $100 to $300, and the value increases when receiving other dental services and with the number of family members enrolled. 

All patients are eligible who do not have another form of dental insurance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your membership plan is effective immediately.
Your plan benefit year is from the 1st day of the month you joined the membership plan to the 1st day of the month you joined the next year. For example, if you joined March 15th, your annual year would be March 1st of this year to March 1st the subsequent year.
Your plan is auto-renewing monthly with an automatic recurring payment from your method of payment each month on the day of the month that you joined the membership plan. For example, if you joined the plan on March 15th, each month on the 15th a recurring payment will be made to continue your enrollment in the membership plan.
You may set up payment as an automatic recurring payment on a credit or debit card.
The membership plan may be eligible for reimbursement by your HSA and/or FSA.
If you are a patient of record, please contact us to confirm if you’re on a periodontal maintenance program. Patients in a periodontal maintenance program have prior history of periodontal therapy. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your comprehensive examination.

Members may be added to your account. The activation fee applies to each additional member; the 1st monthly fee will be waived.
Your membership plan is solely with our office and is non-transferable.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Please contact us stating that you wish to cancel your membership plan. Please see our terms and conditions for complete cancelation and refund policies.
Membership plan dues are currently month-to-month recurring only.
According to dental insurance contractual agreements, it is not permissible to be enrolled in dental insurance and an office’s private dental membership plan at the same time.
